REMEMBER! Our goal is to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade products, which are inspected to assure customers are satisfied with them. Each inquiry is treated fairly and handled on a case-by-case basis. 

DEFECTS

At JWS, we believe in getting it right the first time.

That's why we inspect each scrunchie three to four times throughout the scrunchie-making process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at support@jwscrunchies.com with your order number to open up a conversation on how we can make it right.
