DELIVERY TIMES 

We are so excited to be bringing you our products!

But we want you to know that delivery times are estimates only, and they do not include weekends or holidays. Once your package is sent to the shipping provider, it's out of our hands and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Processing time is approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping time is another 3-5 business days using United States Postal Service. 

HEADS UP! Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order. 

 

DEFECTS

At JWS, we believe in getting it right the first time.

That's why we inspect each scrunchie three to four times throughout the scrunchie-making process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at support@jwscrunchies.com with your order number to open up a conversation on how we can make it right.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Good news! You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order has been fulfilled. 

If you have not received your tracking information, contact us at support@jwscrunchies.com and provide your order number. We are happy to assist. 

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any problems with your items, please contact us at support@jwscrunchies.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are happy to assist!
